We spent four great days in Munich and packed a lot in. There wasn't much down time to catch up on blog posts, so this is a summary of the first few days.
From our house, we were able to walk to the grounds of this palace.
The grounds are massive and we spent quite a while walking around.
Later, we took the train to the city center. We started in Marienplatz and found ourselves in front of the Munich City Hall.
We walked ALL through the city and saw amazing buildings and monuments.
We walked through the gigantic park known s English Garden. It has tons of open space, woods, lakes, a river and even a surfing spot.
We kept walking as the sun went down and saw more incredible architecture and history.
We ended the night with a midnight dinner and on our walk home, Gato found us and walked us home.
